Number of performers: 1 – 12.
Prepare yourself with a brush of any kind – paint brush, toothbrush, shoe brush, basting brush, etc.
Prepare yourself with a container of some kind to collect dust in – dust pan, plastic bag, paper bag, bottle, or just in the palm of your hand.
Go to the public art installation titled – Towards Stillness at the intersection of St. Martins West and Cathedral Garden. Location – St Martins House, 7 Peacock Lane.
- For 12 performers –
- Each performer picks 1 steel plate of the sculpture.
- For 11 performers –
- 1 performer picks 2 steel plates and the rest 1 each.
- For 10 performers –
- 1 performer picks 3 steel plates and the rest 1 each.
- For 9 performers –
- 1 performer picks 4 steel plates and the rest 1 each.
- For 8 performers –
- 1 performer picks 5 steel plates and the rest 1 each.
- For 7 performers –
- 1 performer picks 6 steel plates and the rest 1 each.
- For 6 performers –
- 1 performer picks 7 steel plates and the rest 1 each.
- For 5 performers –
- 1 performer picks 8 steel plates and the rest 1 each.
- For 4 performers –
- 1 performer picks 9 steel plates and the rest 1 each.
- For 3 performers –
- 1 performer picks 10 steel plates and the rest 1 each.
- For 2 performers –
- 1 performer picks 11 steel plates and the other just 1.
- For 1 performer –
- All plates.
Use your chosen brush to brush dust off your chosen steel plate. Collect the dust into your container of choice.
Walk to the statue of King Richard III on St. Martins. Deposit the collected dust on the statue.
