v2.5
Corona still ruled and thus the 2021 version was modified into Tour Allée Rentrée. The people of Enschede were given the opportunity to engage with culture by collaborating with artists and turning their windows, balconies and front yards into a creative art space. At the end of the festival, the inimitable John Eppink and I made cookies for all the participating residents and artists.

v2
A corona-proof version of Allée Rentrée was organized in 2020 spread across the various participating cultural initiatives of Enschede. Day 2 had me cooking up a menu of ಪುಳಿಯೋಗರೆ and ಎಲೆಕೋಸು ಪಕೋಡ.

v1
A 2 day festival held in September 2019, Allée Rentrée was an all-out display of the cultural initiatives of Enschede. We built a small kitchen to serve hot food to the festival goers. Indian, Syrian and Continental were cuisines on the menu. We served about 500 people from our little shed.
