Prepare yourself a drinking glass or a plastic water bottle. Preferably transparent/clear.
Go to the intersection of Nieuwstraat and Hofstraat where you will find the statue of Willem van Oranje. On Hofstraat, a few steps further from the statue you will find a public water fountain.
Stand in front of the water fountain.
(If the water fountain doesn’t work, perform the actions out the water.)
(If anyone asks you what you are doing, you can only say “oud water” and nothing more.)
At exactly 11:00 collect a glass of water. Go to the statue and sit on the pedestal above the city Monnickendam. Place the glass/bottle between your legs. Wait.
At exactly 11:05, stand up, go back to the water fountain and throw the water in the drain. Collect a new glass of water. Go back to the statue and sit on the pedestal above the city Leiden. Place the glass/bottle between your legs. Wait.
At exactly 11:10, stand up, go back to the water fountain and throw the water in the drain. Collect a new glass of water. Go back to the statue and sit on the pedestal above the city Haarlem. Place the glass/bottle between your legs. Wait.
At exactly 11:15, stand up, go back to the water fountain and throw the water in the drain. Collect a new glass of water. Go back to the statue and sit on the pedestal above 11 the city Edam. Place the glass/bottle between your legs. Wait.
