What was the point of this?
A critic I had to contend with when I started this project a year ago was to do with the purpose of the project. After a year of sticking to doing this every week, I’ve come to realize that the purpose was just to do something; anything. Asking questions everyday seemed like an easy enough task that can be sustained for a long period of time. I just kept firing. Besides a few occasional hiccups, I’m proud of the end result – there is consistency. Consistency is definitely the key to what has become of this project. This consisteny comes from discipline; the most important lesson I can take away.

A lot has transpired this year. Most of us used this year to learn, to grow, to reflect or to enjoy life and all its bounty. Some people mastered their sourdough bread game. Others mastered their TikTok game. Some even mastered chess following the popularity of Queen’s Gambit. I’m glad to say that I have a good sourdough starter in myself which I can bring back to life to create a new loaf another day. Which begs the question #2172…
